Долговое обязательство (debenture), обеспеченное правом на имущество компании, например облигации, обеспеченные ипотекой (т.е., выпущенные под залог земельного участка, принадлежащего компании). Обычно права держателей долговых обязательств на использование обеспечения в случае неуплаты компанией основной суммы долга или процентов по нему устанавливаются оформлением доверенности на активы, служащие обеспечением. Как правило, для реализации обеспечения назначается ликвидатор (receiver).
